At Quilt as Desired, Kelly and I have a new found zest to make our business even better. We have made a number of changes over the years (product offering, policy, direction, content) and our plans for 2009 will provide more options, ideas and results for our customers. We are here to provide a service, inspiration, direction and advice for quilters of all ages, all levels of experience in the art of quilting.
To begin with, we have spent the last couple of weeks learning more about this web site program we have purchased. There is a lot to know about it and we've had very little time to figure it all out. The program did come with a 600 page technical manual however it is more for the learned computer geek than the entry level data entry person. We've had the good fortune of having a long time QAD friend - Barb Doran come on board to help with figuring things out and adding her personal touch to the site. We will be meeting shortly to discuss what we want this site to become, ie; more pictures, more content, more blogs, more interactivity, more information, more of everything.
With each step of the way, we will email you, our 2500 strong database customers to share with what we have done and what we will be doing. Our database is the most efficient way we have to keeping you connected, in contact with our store without the mega cost of mailing. Our Web site will slowly become a more desirable place to stop in to view "What's going on"
